EU — IOSS (orders with goods value ≤ €150)
- We charge VAT at checkout via IOSS.
- The €150 limit applies to the goods value only. Because shipping and insurance are listed separately on our invoice, they do not count toward this limit.
- VAT is calculated on goods + shipping.
- No additional VAT or customs fees on delivery.
EU — orders with goods value > €150
- We do not charge VAT at checkout.
- You’ll pay import VAT and any duties/clearance fees when the order arrives.
- Carriers & notifications:
- DHL Express will contact you with a secure link/instructions if payment is required before delivery.
- Posten/Bring: Expect notifications/payment instructions from the local postal operator or Bring’s partner in your country.
All other destinations (non-EU)
- We do not collect taxes, duties, or customs fees at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import VAT/GST, duties, and clearance fees on arrival.
- Carriers & notifications:
- DHL Express will message you directly if anything is due before delivery.
- Posten/Bring: Any required payments/notifications will be sent by the destination-country postal operator or Bring’s contracted last-mile partner.
